3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
To reserve a service, you must:
- Attain at least 18 years of age
- Submit accurate and complete details

- Grant access to the site at the agreed times
3.2 Confirmation
Your service reservation is only secured upon our issuance of a written confirmation. We hold the right to decline service to any individual at our discretion.

4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- More than 48 hours prior to service: Complete refund of the deposit
- Between 24 and 48 hours prior to service: Half the deposit refunded
- Less than 24 hours prior to service: Deposit is nonrefundable
- Urgent service cancellations: A £100 cancellation fee applies
5.2 Emergency Service Guarantee
For urgent services, we pledge a response in less than 2 hours. Should we fail to honor this guarantee due to unexpected events, we will:
- Apply a 20% reduction on the service call charge
- Expedite your service request for the next open slot
5.3 Project Delays
Should project postponements arise from unexpected site conditions or material supply, we will notify you of the revised schedules and make necessary adjustments.
6. Safety and Site Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
All property holders must:
- Ensure safe and unobstructed access to the work areas
- Disclose potential hazards or conditions
- Restrict children and pets from the worksites
- Heed the safety directions of technicians
6.2 Site Preparation
Customers are responsible for:
- Clearing personal items from the work zones
- Securing sufficient working space
- Restricting pets during work periods

7. Liability and Insurance

- Secondary losses from service delays
- Complications resulting from improper care
7.2 Insurance Coverage
We keep extensive liability insurance that encompasses our operations. Property owners are accountable for their own insurance protection.
7.3 Warranty
Workmanship is warranted as detailed in your agreement with us. Manufacturer warranties attach to materials and products.
8. Modifications and Project Changes
We reserve the authority to amend project outlines based on the circumstances of the site, code requirements, or material procurement. Such alterations will be conveyed and sanctioned before implementation.
9. Force Majeure
